Re-Focusing Flow: Research & Engagement FAQ Follow
As you may have heard, Plume Labs is transitioning to only making Flow purchases available to group projects of 5 devices or more. This will come with a new warranty, but the same product and same support we have offered our customers since launching Flow.
This article will walk you through more specific questions related to purchasing devices and what our past, current and future customers can expect from this transition.

I would like to buy fewer than 5 devices? How much longer do I have?
We will allow small orders until June 30, 2022. Until then, please feel free to take advantage of our promotion code FlowJune30 (starting June 1st) for 30% off your order of any size!
Is the device going to change?
No. Flow’s technical specifications will remain the same.
Is the Flow app going to stop working soon?
No. Your Flow app will function regardless of when you purchased or plan to purchase your device(s). Need help finding the Flow app or pairing your device? Have a look at our Getting Started Guide!
Will this affect the Plume app?
No. Our air quality app will continue to run exactly as it always has on iOS and Android platforms. As a reminder, the city level and street-by-street data we provide on our air quality app does not come from our Flow devices, but rather monitoring stations, satellites and other sources around the world paired with our forecasting model.
I already have a Flow. Will this affect my current warranty?
No. We will honor the warranty in effect when you purchased your device.
Will the Privacy Policy change?
No. Our Privacy Policy has not changed and will not change with this transition. All current and future Flow customers will continue to be protected.
Will the Return Policy change?
No. We will still maintain our 30 day return policy on all purchases.
I am not part of a large organization, but would like to purchase a fleet of Flows. Is this possible?

We are a tax exempt organization. Can you refund our VAT or sales tax?
No problem! Please contact our team at support@plumelabs.com with your organization’s VAT number or tax exempt forms. We will be more than happy to issue a refund as long as you are within 2 months of your purchase date.
My organization requires a quote and/or an invoice before approving purchases.
