We'll continue to operate within the AccuWeather group as its center for climate and environmental data, to work on scaling up our ambitions to save lives by bringing its air quality forecasts to the 1.5 billion people AccuWeather reaches around the world, and expanding our focus beyond air quality by applying our AI technology to a broader range of environmental risks, from climate to wildfires.

This acquisition positions both companies perfectly to tackle the challenges of air pollution, climate change, and extreme weather events. It will help us dramatically scale up our ambitions, now with the larger resources, worldwide audience, and unique expertise of the global leader in weather.
What does this mean for people who have already purchased a Flow?
Flow users can rely on the same support from the Plume Labs team.
What will happen to my Flow’s warranty?
Your warranty will be honored with no change or exception.
Will my Flow app still work?
Yes. This acquisition does not affect the way your Flow app works.
What will happen to my data?
Your Flow’s historical data will continue to be available upon request in CSV format. Our Privacy Policy has not changed and we are as committed to protecting your data as always.
How will I contact support if I need help?
You can continue to contact our support team using the same channels, although we strongly recommend taking advantage of our live chat function.
What does this mean for organizations that have purchased a Fleet of Flows or data/ support solutions from Plume Labs?
Our contractual commitments remain in place and we look forward to continuing to serve you and your organization.
My organization purchased a data solution (dashboard, API, etc) and/ or support package with Plume Labs. Will this affect our pricing or contract?
No. No changes are planned to our pricing or contractual commitments and we look forward to continuing to serve you and your organization.
My organization needs to add to our existing device, data or support package for our Fleet of Flows. Will this acquisition affect our ability to expand our project?
